WePAC is gearing up for back-to-school, and we can’t wait to welcome new and returning volunteers to celebrate a new school year together!

September 12th, please join us in the Sanctuary at the Narberth Presbyterian Church, at

205 Grayling Avenue, Narberth, PA 19072

9:30 AM: Registration

10:00 AM: Program runs through noon

Mobility note: There are stairs to the gym where break-out sessions take place; not all facilities are wheel-chair accessible.  Please contact us for information.

Transportation & driving: There is limited free parking available on site.  We encourage teams to carpool, or contact WePAC to request transportation from the office.  WePAC’s office is at 3603 Hamilton St., 19104.  Narberth Presbyterian Church is a short distance from public transportation via the regional rail to Thorndale/ Paoli (former R5 line), and by the 44 bus (to City Hall).

Extra Helping Hands!

If you have an hour or two before or after the event, we would love a bit of extra help!  Please contact us about supporting any of these:

  • Volunteer Office Support (at WePAC):  Help us prepare the kick-off mailing Wed., August 15th anytime from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  Or help us prepare events materials and packets Wed. or Thu., August 29th & 30th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
  • Event Set Up or Take Down (at Narberth):  Please help us make the event special!  Sept. 11 or Sept. 12, help us set up signs, coffee & refreshments, and then clear it all away and box everything up.
  • Volunteer Drivers (at WePAC & in neighborhoods):  Help those of us who like to carpool to get to the event.  Or to get home!
  • Volunteer Event Greeters (at Narberth):  Let’s welcome all our schools, programs and new volunteers to the kick-off!  Meet volunteers, answer questions (where’s the bathroom? what time is the break-out? etc.), distribute name tags and packets.
